Sophie Thun is (a.o.) an artist working primarily with techniques of analogue photography, its spaces, processes as well as conditions of production and exhibition. She has worked extensively with the archives of Zenta Dzividzinska and Ulay, with the collection of Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź, and with the oeuvre of Irina Codreanu (Irène Codreano).
